Powder samplers are fully automatically assembled and individually packaged under Class 7 (ISO) clean room conditions.

Individual packaging ensures that each sampler remains contamination free until used. Single-use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After a single use, the zone sampler is disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process.

The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler from Bürkle is a world novelty and the first disposable multiple target point sampler that takes three separate target point samples with a single sampling.

The three separate sampling chambers of the PharmaDispo allow simultaneous sampling from different layers or zones. This allows the material composition to be investigated in a differentiated manner across multiple layers, which is particularly beneficial when a single sample does not sufficiently characterise the material. The target point samples taken can be analysed individually or combined to form a representative composite sample.

An advanced ergonomic design allows the sampler to sit comfortably in the hand and sampling can be performed with one hand. A sliding mechanism with an end stop makes it easy to open and close the sampler.

The PharmaDispo sampler accurately and safely takes small powder samples for quality control from open containers.

The PharmaDispo is designed for sampling powdered materials, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for quality control of raw materials, active ingredients or intermediates.

The sampler takes small, contamination-free target point samples from open containers such as sacks, barrels or drums.

PharmaDispo is particularly suitable where sterility and absence of particles are critical, e.g. in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, where representative samples from different layers are required to check the consistency or quality of a material, and where small quantities need to be taken for precise analysis.

PharmaPicker for samples 0.1 - 1.2 ml

For sampling very small quantities of highly potent, expensive or active powders for analysis. The smallest sample quantities from 0.1 ml to 2.5 ml can be collected with the PharmaPicker. By simply exchanging the volume tip in the collection cylinder for 0.1–1.2 ml or 1.25–2.5 ml, the sampling volume is modified.

The PharmaPicker has a length of 60 cm and can be extended repeatedly by 50 cm or 100 cm, maximum length 3.50 m.

MicroSampler powder sampler for samples 0.2 - 1.0 ml

The MicroSampler has especially been designed for the sampling of small quantities of powder.

Volumes of 0.2 ml, 0.5 ml, 1.0 ml, 2.0 ml, 5.0 ml and 10 ml can be sampled easily, quickly and cleanly from different sampling depths from sacks or containers.

The tips of the MicroSampler are interchangeable. This means that tips with different volumes can be used.
