The PumpMaster in red is the ideal solution for pumping aqueous, non-aggressive to slightly alkaline liquids. Equipped with high-quality EPDM seals, this canister and drum pump is ideally suited for use with aqueous liquids.

The PumpMaster range of manual overpressure pumps provides a reliable solution for the easy transfer and filling of liquids. They are ideal for filling, transferring and emptying canisters and drums.

Three different universal plugs can be fitted to container openings from 46.5 to 60 mm in diameter. This makes it easy to fit and adapt to the container, even without knowing the exact thread specifications.

The delivery tube consists of several elements that can also be shortened individually.

PumpMaster barrel pumps operate on the overpressure principle. A manual piston creates an overpressure in the container, which pumps the liquid out of the container.

The PumpMaster's integrated tap enables precise dosing of liquids. The tap can be operated to dispense liquid in a targeted manner, or can be opened for flow by folding it forward.

The PumpMaster is lightweight and compact, making it easy to use in a variety of working environments. As the PumpMaster pumps are independent of electricity and compressed air, they can be used flexibly.

Typical application area of the product

With PumpMaster canister and drum pumps, you have your liquids under control, whether in the chemical, food, laboratory, industrial or other sectors.

How to use the product
  1. Measure the inside diameter of the container opening. Use the next smaller stopper that fits easily into the opening.
  2. Adjust the riser pipe to the container height, shorten one pipe if necessary.
  3. Plug the riser pipe and pump together.
  4. Insert the pump into the container opening and fix it securely by turning the hand wheel while simultaneously moving it downwards.
  5. Create excess air pressure in the container by actuating the hand piston. Press the dispensing valve lever down: Medium begins to flow. Release the lever: The flow is interrupted. For free, continuous flow, pull the lever forward and lock it. The flow rate can be reduced by inserting the reducing nozzle into the dispensing valve.
  6. Once the filling process is complete, release the excess pressure in the container. To do this, open the drain plug.
