The Mini solvent pump fills and dispenses small quantities of solvents and highly flammable liquids accurately and safely. The high quality hand pump is suitable for small containers such as bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 litres.

The hand pump operates on the positive pressure principle. The pump ball creates an overpressure in the container which forces the liquid outwards. This means that only the hose, pump head and outlet come into contact with the liquid to be filled. This ensures optimum chemical resistance. All wetted parts of this hand pump are made of the high quality inert materials PTFE and stainless steel, which have excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore particularly suitable for use with high purity liquids and highly flammable media such as acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, etc.

For safety, a pressure relief valve protects the solvent pump from excessive pressure build-up, e.g. due to sunlight.

The solvent pump can be used to dispense from a variety of container sizes. The flexible PTFE tube that pumps the liquid from the container can be shortened as required. This allows optimum residual emptying, even from bottles and canisters with curved bottoms.
The hand pump has a standard GL 45 connection thread, but can easily be adapted to containers with thread sizes S 40, GL 38 or GL 32 using thread adapters (accessories).

The self-closing outlet (auto-stop function) of the mini solvent pump allows absolutely precise filling without dripping. The simple dosage makes it easy to fill even the smallest containers, e.g. test tubes. An optional hose (internal Ø 6 mm) can be attached to the discharge nozzle for safe filling of more distant containers.

For filling in potentially explosive atmospheres, the supplied grounding cable can be easily connected to the solvent pump using a bundle plug, discharging electrostatic charges and allowing safe filling of flammable media.

The Mini solvent pump is particularly compact and well balanced for tilt resistant dispensing, even from small containers.

Typical application area of the product

The Mini solvent pump is suitable for applications where only small quantities of solvent are required. It enables precise dosing of reagents and safe handling of solvents, even in potentially explosive atmospheres.

The small volume pump empties bottles, canisters and containers up to approximately 10 litres accurately, safely and efficiently. For safe filling and dispensing of small quantities of solvents and highly flammable liquids.

How to use the product

If necessary, shorten the PTFE hose and attach it firmly to the suction nozzle of the pump; the hose must protrude into the liquid to be filled.
Screw the pump airtight onto the container.
Actuate the pump ball by hand, overpressure is built up.
Hold the filling container under the outlet, press the outlet button and fill. If necessary, a PTFE hose can be connected to the outlet.
