Detailed information

The all-layer drill offers an excellent solution to the challenge of taking samples from highly compacted materials. Its specially designed drill bits allow it to penetrate the medium and sample the full depth without much effort or time. This is particularly valuable for high density media and compacted powders and granules that are difficult to sample using conventional methods.

The all-layer auger is made from high quality materials to ensure long life and efficiency when sampling from large containers, mixing tanks and big bags in a variety of industries.

The all-layer sampling auger enables representative sampling through all layers, even with highly compressed media.

Typical application area of the product

The all-layer drill is primarily used in the building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries where precise sampling from highly compacted media is essential. Ideal for quality control, it enables efficient and representative sampling from large containers, bulk piles, big bags and mixing vessels, making it easier to analyse and check the homogeneity and quality of the material.

How to use the product
  1. Turn the handle of the all-layer sampler clockwise, it is now closed and can be inserted into the powder/granulate.
  2. Drill the collector to the desired depth using the lower handle.
  3. At the desired depth, turn the handle of the collector counterclockwise, the collection chambers are opened and filled with sample.
  4. By turning the handle clockwise again, the collector is closed again and can be removed from the powder/granulate.
  5. Unscrew the collector again using the lower handle.
  6. Turn the all-layer drill over and empty the all-layer sample through the opening in the handle into a suitable collecting vessel.
