The space-saving canister with 3/4" threaded connection allows space-saving storage as well as convenient handling of the liquid, e.g. direct filling of liquids.

An outlet tap or other suitable accessories with a G 3/4" internal thread or union nut can be fitted to the flat canister.

This turns the space-saving canister into a filling canister for practical storage and filling even in the tightest of spaces.

The space-saving canister is made of electrically conductive HDPE and is specially designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

With a surface resistivity of <10^5 ohms, the canister is highly electrically conductive. When properly grounded, this eliminates the risk of ignition due to electrostatic charge. The canister therefore helps to meet the requirements of ATEX 137, TRBS2153 and CENELEC 50404.

The space-saving canister is made of antistatic PE plastic that does not rust and can be easily disposed of via the recycling system. The canister offers excellent chemical resistance and can be filled with a wide range of liquids and chemicals.

The electrically conductive canister can be used for filling and storing flammable and highly flammable liquids of explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC, such as laboratory waste. It is used wherever strict safety protocols require the risk of electrostatic discharge to be minimized. For example, in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, in the paint and varnish industry, in agriculture or in mining. In potentially explosive areas where flammable substances, explosive chemicals or finely dispersed particles are handled.

Anti-static set

When decanting flammable liquids without the machines and containers involved in the process being sufficiently earthed, electrostatic build-up can occur, which for many substances can result in fire or an explosion.

Bürkle’s Anti-static set ensures easy and reliable earthing.

The Anti-static set consists of three colour-coded connecting copper cables with clamps in a handy plastic case.

We offer a wide range of accessories for the space-saving canister with G 3/4" threaded connection, including the electrically conductive StopCock outlet tap with rotatable outlet angle.

With the canister support as an accessory for two or three canisters, any number of canisters can be freely positioned.

The space-saving canister is also available without a threaded spout and as a set with an outlet tap. There is also a version made of transparent PP.

Commercially available spigots made of the materials polyethylene or polypropylene cannot be used for solvents.

StopCock PA fits onto 3/4" outer threads and with the supplied adapter onto 3/4" inner threads and therefore onto nearly all commercially available canisters and barrels where the discharge thread is at the bottom.

The StopCock discharge cocks fit all containers with G 3/4" connection threads. Thread adapters facilitate connection of cocks to nearly all containers.
