The OTAL^® hand pump with hose and stopcock is a flexible and space-saving pump. Unlike conventional pumps, the container does not have to be placed or held under the discharge elbow. Instead, the flexible 1.5 meter (4.92 ft.) hose can simply be routed to the container, allowing greater flexibility in positioning the container.

The OTAL^® hand pump is equipped with a flexible discharge hose made of PVC and a stopcock made of PP/PE. The delivery tubes are made of PP. The discharge hose can be shortened or replaced if necessary.

The stopcock enables good dosing. It also prevents the liquid from running on unintentionally.

OTAL^® hand and foot pumps are compact universal pumps for filling and transferring from containers and drums. Established in the market for more than 70 years, the pumps are known for their easy handling in daily use.

The drum and container pumps operate on the air-over-pressure principle. Only the delivery tubes come into contact with the liquid, which ensures a wide range of chemical resistance. Depending on the model, the tubes are made of PE, PP, PVDF or stainless steel. In this way, a wide variety of liquids can be filled quickly and easily.

To ensure proper operation, the pumps must be mounted in an airtight container. Repeated actuation of the pump ball creates an overpressure in the container, which drives the liquid out of the container through the delivery tube. The liquid flow is pulsation-free and steady and can be stopped immediately by the air release valve without any after-running.

OTAL^® hand and foot pumps are extremely robust, durable and of outstanding quality. They can be used to transfer and fill acids, alkalis and aqueous solutions from larger containers to smaller ones easily and cost-effectively.

The universal plug allows the pump to be used with all common containers without the need for a threaded connection.

The telescopic dip tube is height adjustable and can be shortened if necessary. This ensures optimum residual discharge so that filling can be carried out from 220 liter drums as well as from smaller canisters.

The compact design and universal applicability make the pumps a practical solution for filling and transferring small quantities of water, oils, acids, alkalis and liquid foodstuffs up to a viscosity of approx. 500 mPas.

If necessary, adjust the universal plug to fit the opening diameter of the container.
Fully extend the telescopic tube.
Insert the telescopic tube and the universal plug into the container and push them tightly into place.
Close the stopcock on the discharge hose and close the shut-off valve.
Position the discharge hose over the filling container.
Actuate the pump ball and build up pressure. Liquid will now flow.
Open the stopcock on the discharge hose.
To stop filling, open the shut-off valve and release the excess pressure or close the stop-cock on the discharge hose.
